Snaky Snake Classic (“the game”, “the app”) is provided by BAD Games. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws (including GDPR where applicable).

1. Information We Collect

The app may collect certain information through trusted third‑party services to enable ads, analytics, and stability:

  • Advertising (Google AdMob): Advertising ID, approximate location (derived from IP), device information (model/OS/version), app interactions needed to show and cap ads.
  • Analytics (Firebase Analytics): app instance ID, events (e.g., session starts, screens viewed, in‑app interactions), coarse device information; IP may be used transiently for routing and then discarded.
  • Stability (Firebase Crashlytics): diagnostics and crash logs (stack traces, device state at crash time).
  • In‑app purchases: purchase tokens/receipts handled by Google/Apple; we do not receive payment card data.

2. How We Use Information

  • Serve personalized or non‑personalized ads (depending on your device settings and consent where required).
  • Analyze usage to improve gameplay balance, performance, and features.
  • Ensure stability and fix crashes and bugs.
  • Process purchases and verify entitlements.

3. Sharing and Third‑Party Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the app:

  • Google AdMob – advertising and measurement
  • Firebase (Google) – analytics (Analytics), diagnostics (Crashlytics)
  • Google Play / Apple App Store – in‑app purchases and distribution

4. Legal Bases (GDPR)

  • Consent for personalized ads where required; you can withdraw consent or choose non‑personalized ads via device settings.
  • Legitimate interests for analytics and crash diagnostics to maintain and improve the app.

5. Data Storage, Transfers, and Retention

Data processed by Google services may be stored on servers outside your country. We rely on Google’s safeguards for international transfers. Firebase Analytics event data is retained for up to 14 months (as configured). Crash reports are retained for a period necessary to analyze and fix issues. Purchase records are retained as required for fraud prevention and accounting.

6. Your Choices & Controls

  • Reset/limit Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
  • Disable personalized ads and/or limit tracking on your device (Android/iOS settings).
  • Manage app permissions in device settings.
  • Uninstalling the app stops any further data collection by the app.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date below.
